Kokomo Beach Party Family Fun Night
Our Kokomo Beach Party Family Fun Night is coming up on February 27th, 6-8pm
Join Wildwood School Council for the 30+ year fundraising tradition!
Cake walk, DJ Hurricane (26 time Kokomo DJ), "minute to win it" games, A Pizza + at the concession and many more traditions! Come dressed in your best sunny vacation themed attire and dance your heart out in the Gym. All children must be supervised throughout the event. Kokomo is an event for the Wildwood School Community, not the general public.
The Cake Walk is a very popular activity. It is a bit like musical chairs, but when the music stops someone wins a cake. There will be prizes for the best decorated cake too!!!
Parents and Guardians are asked to sign up below to volunteer AND/OR provide a cake for our cake walk. The cake does not have to be homemade, but it *does have to be nut free*. We are also looking for gluten free options!
The wonderful Outdoor Leadership class of Vincent Massey School will once again be helping us in the games department and concession!
We still need some adult helpers for this fundraiser.

Purchase your Kokomo Tickets and Cake Walk tickets in advance until Feb 24th, at www.healthyhunger.ca or bring cash to the event to purchase tickets. There can be long line ups, please consider purchasing tickets in advance.
Entry = $20/family
Cakewalk = $2.50/play or $10/5plays
Pizza = $4/slice
Chips/Candy/Water tickets = $1/each
Classroom Games = free

Friendship Dance
It is that time of year!!
The annual Friendship Dance for Division 1(grades K-3) students will be held on:
Wednesday, February 12 at 10:30am
All division 1 families are invited to attend. Students are encouraged to wear red, white, or pink. Please contact your child’s teacher for more information.
Teachers’ Convention & Family Day
Teachers’ Convention will be held on the below dates:
- Thursday February 13th
- Friday February 14th.
There are no classes on these days. The school will be closed on Monday February 17th for Family Day.
Festive Foods
Order cutoff dates are always 5 days prior to the lunch delivery date (generally the prior Saturday) and you can preorder for your child to the end of May 2025. Visit healthyhunger.ca to register and order for your child. Please review the menu items prior to ordering for children with allergies or food sensitivities.
