Reminder | Feb 28 Professional Learning Day

A friendly reminder that Friday February 28th is a Professional Learning Day for teachers. There are no classes for students.


Schools Open During CUPE Local Strike

On Feb. 19, 2025, CUPE Local 40 served 72-hour strike notice to the CBE. This means that the union will withdraw services beginning Monday, Feb. 24, 2025. 


CBE is prioritizing in-person learning during labour action. All schools and buildings will remain open and classes will continue. We are committed to ensuring schools remain a place where students, staff and families feel valued, supported and safe. However, a strike will have an impact on schools and operations, and some activities booked over the Feb. 22-23 weekend may also be impacted.

We value the contributions of all employees who support student success, and we respect the bargaining process.

Kokomo Beach | Postponed until April 17th, 2025

As was shared yesterday, Kokomo Beach has been postponed. We have now set the date of April 17th. 


Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing all of our Wildwood Families on April 17th.

Order cutoff dates are always 5 days prior to the lunch delivery date (generally the prior Saturday) and you can preorder for your child to the end of May 2025. Visit healthyhunger.ca to register and order for your child. Please review the menu items prior to ordering for children with allergies or food sensitivities.
