Kindergarten students will be performing a mini-concert on Thursday, May 14. It will include some of their favourite songs from music class. Families are welcome to attend.

School Council AGM
Our Annual General Meeting will take place on May 11 at 6:30pm. The AGM is where individuals are elected to Executive roles for the 2026-2027 calendar year. Executive roles include Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. You are also welcome to join as a member-at-large at any council meeting. We are in particular need of a Treasurer for the upcoming year, this is a critical role and the council cannot operate without it. Please see below for more details.
School Council Treasurer Needed
Our Wildwood School Council is looking for a Treasurer to join our team! This important volunteer role helps keep track of council funds and supports decisions about how fundraising dollars are used to benefit our students and school community.
The time commitment is approximately 4–6 hours per month. While an accounting or bookkeeping background is helpful, it’s not required—anyone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers can learn the role.
You’ll be part of a welcoming, supportive group of parents and staff who care deeply about making our school the best it can be. This is a meaningful way to get involved, have a voice in school initiatives, and make a real impact.

Festive Foods
Thank you to the families who have registered for Festive Foods through the Healthy Hunger portal. Our next lunch is scheduled for delivery on Thursday, May 14th featuring Panago Pizza.
To participate, please make sure your child’s Healthy Hunger profile is set up and your order is placed no later than Saturday, May 9th. You can get started by visiting Healthy Hunger - School. All our orders have been set up in the portal through to the end of the school year and you can always log in to see what events you have not ordered for.
We’re also looking for parent volunteers to help receive, sort, and deliver lunches once or twice a month. If you’re interested in getting involved at the school, please email raj.deol86@gmail.com to be added to our volunteer list. All volunteers must have valid security clearance through Calgary Police Service and complete the volunteer clearance form on MyCBE.
