If you know that you are not returning to Wildwood for the 2026-27 school year, please Grant Jorgensen at gnjorgensen@cbe.ab.ca as soon as possible. This information will help us in planning for next year.

School Council AGM

Our Annual General Meeting will take place on May 11 at 6:30pm. The AGM is where individuals are elected to Executive roles for the 2026-2027 calendar year. Executive roles include Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. You are also welcome to join as a member-at-large at any council meeting.

Festive Foods

Thank you to the families who have registered for Festive Foods through the Healthy Hunger portal. Our next lunch is scheduled for delivery on Thursday, May 14th featuring Panago Pizza.

To participate, please make sure your child’s Healthy Hunger profile is set up and your order is placed no later than Saturday, May 9th. You can get started by visiting Healthy Hunger - School. All our orders have been set up in the portal through to the end of the school year and you can always log in to see what events you have not ordered for.

We’re also looking for parent volunteers to help receive, sort, and deliver lunches once or twice a month. If you’re interested in getting involved at the school, please email raj.deol86@gmail.com to be added to our volunteer list. All volunteers must have valid security clearance through Calgary Police Service and complete the volunteer clearance form on MyCBE.
