Orange Shirt Day | Sept 29 

Students are encouraged to wear an orange shirt on Tuesday September 29th for Orange Shirt Day. 

The orange shirt has become a symbol of hope, reconciliation, and commitment to a better future. By wearing an orange shirt on September 30th, you make a statement to support truth & reconciliation and commit to the enduring truth that “EVERY CHILD MATTERS” 

Reminder | Sept 30 – No School 

Just a friendly reminder that Wednesday September 30th is National Truth and Reconciliation Day and there is no school. 

Festive Foods 

Thank you to the families who have registered for Festive Foods through the Healthy Hunger portal. Our next lunch is scheduled for delivery on Thursday, October 8th featuring Via Cibo.  

To participate, please make sure your child’s Healthy Hunger profile is set up and your order is placed no later than Saturday, October, 3rd. You can get started by visiting Healthy Hunger - School. We are continuing to update the scheduled lunches in the portal, please ensure you check the WAG and the portal to ensure you don't miss ordering! 

We’re also looking for parent volunteers to help receive, sort, and deliver lunches once or twice a month. If you’re interested in getting involved at the school, please email raj.deol86@gmail.com to be added to our volunteer list.
